You pay the project fee in instalments, with no interest. Until the final instalment the site runs on my webspace; source code and full usage rights stay with me. Care is mandatory in that phase. If instalments stop, use ends – amounts already paid are not refunded. The exact rules are in the terms.
During development and instalments the project runs on my webspace in Germany. After full payment: move to your hosting or stay with booked code care. You pay the domain to the registrar; I set up the connection.
Matched to the project: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, databases and frameworks as needed – clean code, no page builder.
After full payment – within the agreed scope including source files. With instalments, only after the final instalment. Until then the code stays with me; you use the site on my webspace.
Yes – after handover monthly, with no subscription and no minimum term. With instalments, care is mandatory until the final payment because the site runs with me until then. Scope: security, performance, bug fixes and tickets.
Then maintenance is your responsibility – or you book code care again monthly later.
