Yes. I work remotely and asynchronously – alignment in writing, at your pace.
The fee is calculated individually per project as a fixed price based on the agreed scope in writing, optionally as interest-free instalments tailored to your budget. You receive a transparent written proposal – no hidden costs. Scope changes are agreed in writing before implementation.
The fee can be paid in instalments: no interest, no surcharge. Term and amounts are agreed in the contract.
During development your project runs on my webspace (Germany). Source code and usage rights come after full payment. Then: migration to your host or staying with agreed code care. You pay the domain to the registrar; I configure the setup. Details in the terms.
Matched to the project: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, databases and frameworks as needed – clean code, no page builder.
Yes. After full payment you own the deliverables within the agreed scope: usage rights and source files. Until then the source stays with me – the project runs on my webspace for development, sign-off and (with instalments) until paid in full. Open-source components remain under their respective licences – I explain that at handover.
Yes – technical consulting and code care: security updates, performance and bug fixes via my ticket system. That requires access to code, files and the database – so with care the project runs on my environment (hosting as accessory per terms). Fixed price by arrangement – no subscription.
After handover, maintenance is your responsibility – or you commission code care when needed as a separate job.
