Yes. I work remotely and asynchronously – with fixed milestones, written alignment and typically a reply within 24–48 hours on business days. Discovery and sign-off are digital; in-person meetings in the Ruhr area are possible by arrangement but not required.

Yes – as a supporting tool. Like many modern developers I use AI assistance where it saves time sensibly (e.g. research, boilerplate or routine tasks). Concept, architecture, technical decisions, testing and sign-off remain with me. AI does not “do the work” here – it supports me, and I take personal responsibility for the result.

The fee is calculated individually per project as a fixed price based on the agreed scope in writing, optionally as interest-free instalments tailored to your budget. You receive a transparent written proposal – no hidden costs and no surprises during delivery.

The fee can be paid in instalments: no interest, no surcharge, no bank involved. Term and instalment amounts are agreed individually, with an overview in the contract including milestones. That way larger projects remain feasible without overstretching your budget.

During development – and with instalments until full payment – your project runs on my managed webspace (Germany). You get preview and sign-off; source code and usage rights are released only after full payment. After that you choose: migration to your preferred host (I help with setup) or staying on my webspace if code care is agreed. Then hosting is not a standalone product but a technically necessary accessory to maintenance – backups and file/database access are required. Domain fees go to the registrar; I advise independently and configure the setup. Details are in the terms.

Technology choices follow your project requirements: modern web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript), server-side PHP, Node.js and suitable databases, frameworks and libraries as needed – not one-size-fits-all. No theme builder – real development with clean code. In the initial call I recommend architecture that fits your project and budget.

Yes. After full payment you own the deliverables within the agreed scope: usage rights and source files. Until then the source stays with me – the project runs on my webspace for development, sign-off and (with instalments) until paid in full. Open-source components remain under their respective licences – I explain that at handover.

Yes – technical consulting and code care: security updates, performance and bug fixes via my ticket system. That requires access to code, files and the database – so with care the project runs on my environment (hosting as accessory per terms). Fixed price by arrangement – no subscription.

One month of support is included after handover. After that, updates and maintenance are your responsibility – or you can commission care again when needed. On request, support is available as a separate engagement with agreed scope and fixed price upfront.
